“All in the Same Boat”

Every day, people around the world thank their Chiropractors for giving them their health and their Lives back. It’s common to hear patients say ‘doc, you really did a great job…’ and ‘doc, you helped me when no one else could.’ But the truth is…we can’t take all the credit for it.

While medicine gives most of the credit for healing to the physician or the drug, Chiropractors see it as a team effort with four key players – the Chiropractor who clears interference from the nerve system, the innate wisdom within the patient which orchestrates the healing, the patient who practices good lifestyle habits and the time it takes for the process to unfold.

We’re ecstatic when you see results from out service. But never forget, we’re not the only one rowing the boat. There are three other oarsmen, pulling in unison…and together, we make the perfect, healing team!

Feeling Rusty??

Does it take a while for you to get going in the morning? Are your joints stiff and achy when you first wake up, and take a few hours to loosen? Stiff, tired joints can leave you feeling and acting much older than you are.

Motion is Life. If you let anything sit in one place too long, it’s bound to freeze up like a rusted bolt. Spinal joints, subject to long standing fixations (Vertebral Subluxations) are no different. That’s why maintenance chiropractic care is so beneficial. Adjustments unlock ‘stuck’ joints before they become painful, arthritic and frozen in place – the longer you wait between visits, the more work required to get them moving again.

Like rusted bolts, chronically fixated joints take TLC and more frequent adjustments to become free again. If you want to avoid that hassle, the smart move would be to visit your Chiropractor regularly and not let them get that bad in the first place.

Subluxation and Chain
You can’t sleep, your energy levels are low and you’re finding it harder to make it through your day.  Your doctor insists there’s nothing wrong but you still feel like something’s weighing you down.  Maybe it’s time to call your chiropractor.

Chiropractors understand how daily stress can weigh down your nervous system like a ball and chain.  Repetitive physical, chemical and emotional stress can subtly cause miss-alignments in your spine called Subluxations.  The resulting pressure on your nerve system from uncorrected Subluxations can lead to symptoms of fatigue, restlessness, and mental fog.  The solution – get adjusted!  Unlocking your spine with regular Chiropractic care can restore your lost energy, vitality, and alertness.

You don’t have to be a prisoner to stress.  If you’re feeling sluggish, weak, and bogged down from the challenges of life – Free YOUR SPINE and the rest will follow.  Break the chains of Subluxations with regular Chiropractic care and reach your potential today.

A big Thank You to the "weekly sticky".

"Check Spine Light"

What would you do if your car's low oil light came on today?  Would you immediately top off your engine with some 10W-30 weight or put some black tape over that little annoying light so you wouldn't have to deal with its foreshadowing glow any longer?

If you continue to ignore the warning light, there's a good chance your engine will seize down the road - and if you were checking your dipstick regularly and adding oil when needed, the light might not have come on in the first place.  The applies to your spine and regular Chiropractic check ups.

When your spine gets behind on maintenance, pain is a potential warning light.  Unfortunately by the time pain shows up, you've probably been out of alignment too long.  If that's the case, don't "black tape" the pain with Tylenol o Advil.  Bring your spine in for a proper Chiropractic adjustment today and avoid a catastrophic seize event tomorrow.

"Launching Your Care"

In its heyday, the space shuttle would generate nearly 8 million pounds of thrust just to lift itself off the launch pad into the atmosphere.  Once beyond the earth's gravitational pull, it didn't require as much effort to stay in space and could effortlessly cruse at 17,500 mph with a fraction of that power.  The same can be said for your Chiropractic Plan.

The start of any healthy endeavor required more effort - in Chiropractic that means more visits in the beginning to break free from the gravity of dis-ease and build forward momentum.  Once free from the "pull", of poor habits and chronic illness, it requires less effort to keep you aloft.

It takes more effort to get off the initial care launch pad than it does to stay in a healthy orbit.  If you want to get results, expect to put more work in at the beginning of your care.  Your Chiropractic team is ready to help you along the way...just stick with the mission plan and you'll reach your destination.

Paint's Not Dry Yet!

You’re a few weeks into your care plan and you’re feeling better.  You want to get back to your routine as soon as possible.  There’s a lot to do around the house, you've got a family to take care of and you want to get back to the gym.  There’s an urgency to start living’ again.  Problem is, the “paint’s not dry yet.”

It’s not uncommon to feel done after a few adjustments.  When your innate healing abilities kick in, you might look and feel remarkably new – like a fresh coat of paint.  But like that coat of paint, looks can be deceiving.  What seems completely dry (healed) on the surface may still have a few tacky areas underneath.  If you jump the gun and try to re-hang the fixtures, you might ruin the finish and need to start all over again.

Thorough healing requires time.  Even though you feel better after a few chiropractic sessions, it’s no green light to go back to your old activities.  The stabilizing phase of care (where you feel so good you wonder why you’re still coming in) is where the paint curing happens.  Give your body the time it needs to completely dry and you’ll be happier with the end results!

You are worth it!

Never Lost with Chiropractic!

Ever drive lost for miles and miles before stopping for directions?  Before the advent of GPS, that was pretty common.  When you finally discovered how off course you were, you most likely had to re-trace the roads you were on to get back on track.

Getting lost with your health is similar.  If you've traveled the wrong way for miles and miles with your health - popping pills to mask your pain or searching endlessly for the right pillow - when you finally stop at the Chiropractor's office to get good directions, you might have to retrace those lost miles with intensive care to get back on track.  But the good news is, you won't be lost any longer.

Once you get pointed in the right direction, Chiropractic care is the GPS that keeps you on course.  Get checked regularly, take adjustments when necessary and stay on the right road - we'll help you reach your destination.

Adjust me Please!

What would happen if you didn't clean your house for a few weeks?  Your furniture would get pretty dusty wouldn't it?  The same can be said for you, if the dirt in your nervous system isn't cleaned up on a regular basis.

The “dirt” we’re talking about is Vertebral Subluxation (a Chiropractic term for nerve interference).  If not cleared regularly, stress from Subluxations can pile up in your nerves, causing sleep disturbances, chronic fatigue, lowered resistance, persistent pain or even anxiety.

People who keep their nervous system “tidy” with regular Chiropractic care report having more energy, better recovery from injuries and an improved state of mind.  If your health isn't as clean as you’d like it to be, maybe it’s time to dust the stress off with a good adjustment.  Come and see us today!
