Take Small Steps to a healthier you!

Making changes in how you care for your health is a matter of trying and learning. It’s all about choosing a goal and working toward it. Making a plan and taking the first step will help you reach your goal.

To get started, think about what is important to your health. What are you willing and able to do? Then, choose a goal. You’ll be more likely to succeed if it’s something that is important to you and that you believe you can do. Start small and take gradual steps. If your goal is to walk 30 minutes a day, start by walking a block or two after dinner two nights a week, and then add a block or so each week.

Let go of guilt, start fresh each day and acknowledge yourself when you do accomplish what you set out to do for the day.

Our goal is for you to stay healthy and mobile throughout your whole life. This is why we encourage you to stretch every day, start a regular exercise regiment, & most of all get a regular check up to keep your spine moving and your nervous system working the way it was designed to.

Keep up the good work!
